CHANGING GEARS
Changing Gears is a part of the HRL Framework and covers the Self – Awareness and Self – Management. This component provides Human Resources Professionals with a deep introspective journey on “how they show up”. It is the second building block to HR Legitimacy and gives the Professionals a chance to reflect, become self – aware and then self – regulate. The programme is based on Emotional Intelligence principles complemented with an understanding of:
- Why purpose matters in HR
- Transactional analysis
- Unconscious bias toward HR Professionals and how to deal with it
