The model differs from contemporary frameworks and processes in that it has additional value add facets e.g. a section on leader assimilation – most frameworks normally exclude this component.
Additionally, the model focuses on the key organisational outcomes that need to be achieved by the team – the Impact that the team has to have – conventional thinking on high performance teams focuses on their effectiveness as a cohort – HIT is fundamentally different.
